Titles and leadership

I was just looking at the titles section of the rules, and it says that you need the leadership skill to become a noble. but there is no leadership skill anywhere else.

What skill are you supposed to need? Command?

yeah leadership was removed in favor of command even though i dont think command really covered the roleplaying aspect that leadership did.

Like in order to create an organization (like the knights of autumn) one needed leadership. now that leadership does not exist... well its not so clear. i imagine one just uses command as a perk to entice others to join up.
