Clairification: Stealth, Tracking and True Sight

Disguise references True Sight but there is no longer any ability with that name. (There is one called True seeing) is that just a typo?

Also, Tracking mentions that it can "Detect hidden persons and objects and to follow tracks" Does this mean that it should be able to spot stealthed characters?

True Sight = True Seeing (yes you're right, it's a typo)

Tracking is ambiguous. By RAW, yes, you can spot stealth or invisible characters. By RAI, no, an 8 point ability was not mean to counter top tier techniques. However, the rules are very vague as to how these mechanics interact.

The current usage that I use for tracking versus stealth/invisibility is that I "know" someone is there, but I cannot pinpoint their location. My character is able to notice that tracks are appearing out of nowhere, and that other signs of someone's presence is being made, but with no one there.
