I don't mind being food coordinator, if no one else wants to. Last game, I did this for a few of us, and it ended up costing about $15 per person. If more people pitched in, it'd be a little less, maybe down to $10. Here's what I did last game, and would be willing to do again/modify:

Friday dinner:
Bring yer own.
(I brought a pre-cooked chicken, which fed a couple of us pretty well. Could pick up two of them, instead)

Saturday breakfast:
Silent made pancakes. If someone wants to, say, cook eggs, that would work, alternately, we could just do a cold breakfast. I'm never up for breakfast, so it's probably better someone else do this.

Saturday lunch:
Sandwiches:
*turkey
*cheese
*onion
*lettuce
*wheat bread
*mayo

Clementines

I'd add: Mustard and Potato or corn chips.

Saturday dinner:
Soooouuuup.

I'd add some bread.

and S'mores for dessert.

Sunday breakfast:
Some sort of no-prep food. Bagels or strudel or something.

People brought their own beverages, which I think is a good plan, because we don't really have a good/cheap way to distribute drinks from large containers, and many small containers tend to be expensive.

There were a lot of people who asked for food on site. I would love to feed everyone, but unfortunately I can't afford it. So let me know if you're interested in this, so we can make sure everyone's fed!!

$15 is very good, that's actually very close to the Wyrd's food budget per person.

Emi I have no problem throwing in eggs and sausage and whatnot. I also don't mind doing hamburgers for dinner again either. I have no one to plan with this time around =( *pout*

I tend to bring my own whatevers, and there is a grocery store down the street...

That said, I'd be happy to share communal foods.

along with whatever fire wood I can find at the store, I'll try to bring those water cases of 35 if they aren't all sold out by Wednesday. (Tomorrow) They will be communal. I'll get what I can food wise and be willing to share with anyone who wants some. ;D

And I had to add..: Yay soup! I love your soup Emi. <3

I will bring spaghetti enough for everyone for Saturday night, along with garlic bread (if I can figure out how to garlic bread in the rain...), apple crumble, and mulled cider.

All I ask is anyone who wants some to chip in a few bucks (or make one of the other meals)

And if anyone has a stove they can bring, please PM me!

I'm planning to bring enough food for myself and a few others. My current food plans:

Friday night - chicken pot pie (actually more of a casserole)
Saturday morn - Coach's Oats oatmeal with dried fruit, honey, and brown sugar
Saturday afternoon - hot dogs
Saturday night - Chinese chicken noodle soup (chicken, stir fry veggies, and ramen)

I'll probably charge game money for food, because I'm planning to spend a good chunk of change on food. But not much. Like a silver per serving or so.

I'll have a coleman stove and a mini propane barbecue.

I'm also planning to bring some of the tarp buildings I just picked up a couple hours ago from Ira. So I should be able to create some dry space to cook in (and hang out in).

I'll bring some briquettes and a cheap awning to put over the grill (because I'm sure it'll get sooty). I'll also try to add to the food supplies. Probably pre-cooked chicken and/or soup.
