for players on site, $10 for NPCs on site. (Pre-Reg and Save!)
Here are some directions to Josepho. It might be easier to take this path than
trying to MapQuest it.
Please remember to write down the gate code so you can get in the gate to the
campsite road. Once you get to that road, remember to stick with the speed
limit (10MPH) - it's very windy and there are some blind curves. Please be
careful.

• Take I-405; exit Sunset Blvd west (towards the ocean). Take Sunset Blvd to
Capri Drive.
• Turn Right on Capri Dr. (Riviera Country Club on Left). Follow Capri Dr. to
traffic circle, follow traffic circle all the way around to continue on Capri
Drive. Capri Dr. will dead end at Casale Rd.
• Turn Left on Casale Rd. (“not a through street” side). Keep to the right
through construction site.
• Follow the road to the yellow electric gate. Use the gate code provided to
gain access.
• Past the yellow electric gate, it is about 3 miles to the camp on Fire Rd.
◊ Camp road is CLOSED TO TRAFFIC from 9pm-7am daily. No entry to camp is
allowed during these hours.
Things to remember:
- Kitchen off limits to PCs during the
event, no exceptions.
- This is a camp site, plan to camp. There
is space in the lower lodge floor if you desire. (The cabins aren’t built
yet).
- If you have nut allergies contact Ira.
- This game uses the Non-Call rules from
the Veil system.
- Players who hear the “Doom” call during
the game will receive damage equivalent to a torso wound. This is not
necessarily a torso wound, but it is healed or clotted in the same way.
This will be explained more clearly to the players who hear this call, and
the surrounding players will be given an explanation of what they see.
- Bandaging a target does not require any
specific duration and must be phys repped.

Potions
do not require a three count and must be phys repped.

Players
may bring alcohol, but Plot cannot provide alcohol or drink it while they are
running the event.

Background:
In the budding township known as the Wyrd, a mage named
Miniver worked long and hard to achieve the amount of gold necessary to claim a
noble title – only to find it vanish in the night. Claiming that the Seelie
Court was responsible, the winter fey of the Unseelie Court sought to give
Miniver “compensation” in the form of 40 acres of land. While Miniver refused
this gift, the King of the Unseelie Court marked him with the pendant of
nobility against his will, binding the land to Miniver in spite of his wishes.
A new home awaits Miniver upon his gift of land – but the previous occupants
may have left something behind…
After the departure of the Unseelie Court, the residents of
the Wyrd intercepted a relic belonging to the mysterious warlord known as
Mordred. Using the artifact to attempt to send two wayward friends back to
their homes, the adventurers of the Wyrd unknowingly sent their friends
elsewhere… Much to the amusement of “Jack” , a creature of the shadows with
motives that still remain a mystery.
Jack has promised to return with information on the
whereabouts of the two missing friends, but he will likely demand a steep price
for his aid. And Aayara, the strange woman who he seemed enamored with, has not yet returned…
In the realm of Mythralis, Shae watches as the first leaf
falls from the Tree of Life’s branches. The tree stirs.
In the coming days, Miniver may seek out to investigate his
new home… and there’s even talk that two adventurers will soon be married
there. With Mordred, Lot, and Jack still imminent threats, who knows what
dangers lurk within the depths of Miniver’s Mansion?
A strange man in white robes, with a mustache and glasses
comes out of a tent that seems like it belongs, but from another time.
I know of the dangers! Behold for I am a seer, I shall
reveal unto you the cards!
Notes: This game is produced by members of both the Wyrd of Avalon and
the Beyond the Veil Plot teams. Events will occur in both realms and NPCs from
both of these settings will exist in the game.
Saturday evening’s events present an extremely
high risk of character death. PCs have the option of temporarily switching to
NPC roles during this time if they do not wish to participate in this high risk
segment of the game.
Accommodations: This game site has a two-story lodge
which should be large enough to accommodate everyone. In the event that there
is not enough room for all participants, players will be assigned rooms on a
first come, first served basis. Players may choose to camp outside if they
choose to, however, you may not have access to specific parts of the game site
at certain points in the game due to game design.
Warning: Saturday evening will include horror elements. This may involve
some physical contact with other players or game staff. If you are not
comfortable with physical contact, please let us know before or during the game
so that you will not experience any discomfort during the event.
PC Game Fee:$100 with pre-registration, $120 at the door. The increased
price is due to the game site and the duration (this is a 4 day event).
NPC Game Fee:$10.

executioner is sharpening his axe. But will Perry be the one on the

There are rumours of a religious war brewing, a civil war has been
temporarily been placed on hold, and there are conspiracies and peanut
